We earn our fees by negotiating the best prices for you. Our knowledge of the market means we save you both money through skilful negotiation and time in searching for the ideal home or investment.

Property finding

• Buying: A negotiable and competitive percentage depending on the value of the property. A registration fee is payable to commence the search with balance payable upon exchange.
• Renting: The equivalent of four weeks rent. A registration fee is payable to commence the search with the balance payable on signing of the tenancy agreement.
